The correct answer to this question is Rough endoplasmic reticulum → Golgi apparatus → plasma membrane. The Rough endoplasmic reticulum is also known as the Rough ER. It has the name Rough ER because ribosomes are on the surface. The purpose of the Rough ER is to make proteins.

The Golgi apparatus is found in the eukaryotic cells. It is responsible for packing the proteins inside the membrane-bound vesicles. This is done before the vesicles are transported to their destination.

plasma membrane is a membrane that is found in all cells. It protects the cell and is also known as the cell membrane

The route that is used to export proteins from the cell is the endoplasmic reticulum. The endoplasmic reticulum will have ribosomes that will also be effective in making the process more effective. This is transferred to the Golgi apparatus.

The endoplasmic reticulum is very important in the transportation of the eukaryotic cell. Aside from being a pathway, it is also very effective in protein folding. This type of organelle is made out of two subunits as the rough endoplasmic reticulum and the smooth endoplasmic reticulum.

If this would not work, the body will not have enough protein for it to function. This is considered to be a workhorse in producing the substances and also proteins that are needed by the cell.

Correct answer is(ER -> Golgi apparatus -> plasma membrane).
Newly synthesized protein pass through series of stops before it gets to where it is needed. The proteins enter a biosynthetic secretory pathway in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) by crossing the ER membrane from the cytosol.

It is further transported from the ER to the golgi apparatus. The golgi apparatus is the sorting and dispatching station for the products of the ER which are packed in vesicles. The golgi apparatus distributes the many proteins and lipids that it receives from the ER and then modifies the plasma membrane, lysosomes and secretory vesicles.
