Which question should a student be focusing on during the revising stage of writing?

I guessed the right answer on this one. To answer this question, first recall the 5 phases of writing. Then try to match each question (answer choice) with a phase. I'm not sure about this, but think this is why the other answers are wrong: Question 1 would occur during the "editing" phase; Question 2 would occur during the "publishing" phase; and Question 3 should take place during the pre-writing phase. #4 seems to go with the definition of 'revision' best. What does anybody else think about how to figure the answer out?
