That is the most amount of sq ft of heating surface That a 2nd class a 2C can be an engineer of. the total of the sq ft in the question is 5000 sq ft of heating surface, Which equals 500 boiler horse power. A 2C can be in charge of 100 bhp and shift engineer of 500bhp So my answer though I dont know if I'm right is a 2C. Am I right?

I'm looking for the explaination of what licenses in different situations, make a person in charge of or a shift engineer? I belive from what I understand so far is that "in charge of: means I'd be working for someone else. Am I right so far?
