A debug level is an organized category of log levels for log categories. The minimum log level needed to set user generated debug statement is DEBUG. A debug is use to give fine grained information events that are used to debug an application. It is the minimum level needed to see user – generated debug statement.

Other options are wrong because WARN, FINE and INFO do not display user debug statements. INFO assigns informational messages that highlight the progress of an application at grained level and WARN is use for potential harmful situation. A debug log can keep database operations, system process, and errors that occur when taking out transactions.
