The correct answer is option A. Herbert Hoover made the statement. He was an American engineer, business man and a political leader. He served as the 31st president of the United States from 1929 to 1933.

Lyndon Johnson was the 36th president of the United States. He is known for the saying: "the fact that a man is a newspaper reporter is evidence of some flaw in the character ".

Franklin D Roosevelt was an American and political leader. He was the 32nd president of the United States after defeating Hoover in the 1932 presidential elections. He was the first president that held one thousand conferences and was able to manipulate the media.

Richard Nixon was the 37th president of the United States and the only president that resign from the position; he was the representative of the California district in US before he became the president.
