The answer to the question is letter C or in a bicycle lane if there is no sign forbidding it. According to the Department of Motor Vehicles, a person may park in a bicycle lane if the vehicle does not or will not block a bicyclist and/or if there is no “No Parking” sign which is posted.

The Department of Motor Vehicles also talk about how to park on a hill, how to parallel park, and when to park at colored curbs – white color for stopping only to pick up or drop off a passenger or mail, green for a limited parking time only, yellow to stop no longer than the posted time to load or unload passengers or freight, and red which means no stopping, parking, or standing.
