Which rectangle does not have the same ratio of length to width as the other three? The dimensions of four rectangles are given below.

The correct answer is option D.4 1/2 inches x 2 3/4 inches.

The answer for this question is D. The first three choices follow the same ratio of width to length of a rectangle. Let us look at the dimension given by A first which is 14 inches x 10 inches. If we divided by 2 from each length we will get 7 inches x 5 inches which is the stated on letter C.

f we continue dividing it by 2, we will get 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches, the given on letter B. D has the dimension of 4 1/2 inches by 2 3/4 inches that is not part of the pattern in having the same ratio. If illustrated, the three same-ratio rectangles will look similar while D’s rectangle is different from the three.
