The fetal position that is shown in the image above is Left occipitoposterior. This position occurs when the fetus is nearly fully developed in the womb and is ready to be delivered. This occurs during the last stage of pregnancy in mammals. Pregnancy is also known as gestation, and is the time during which one or sometimes more offspring develops inside the womb of a woman.

Usually, pregnancy is divided into three trimesters, each having their own unique symptoms. During pregnancy, women need a lot of vital nutrients in excess amounts so as to support the baby growth.
