An increase in customer satisfaction can be measured by a customer satisfaction survey and the average handle time. Service cloud is a management platform that is used to management customer relationship. It provides customer service and support. It is a computer software which is widely used by companies all across the globe.

Using services like these, companies can transform their client experience and build great relationships with them on the long-run. This allows companies to expand themselves and to sell off their services more frequently to satisfied customers and clients. In other words, it is an interaction gateway between the clients and a company.
