Enterprise Service Unit's (ESU) goal is to manage AF core Services, within the AFNetOps community to reduce training, maintenance costs, increase operational flexibility and capacity to the warfighter

The correct answer should be Enterprise Service Unit (ESU) it is the unit that works with the goal to reduce training and increase efficiency/warfighter capacity. The ESD is what they train people to use to do these tasks easier.
