The world is made up of states and governments that are unique and separate from each other regarding matters of the political kind. Some rules apply to all states, such as do not commit murder and do not rob a bank, and then other rules only apply to the government at a state level.

A couple of examples include the legalization of marijuana, which New Jersey just approved, and the fact that each state differs in handling the COVID crisis. A government is an organization or institution that creates and executes laws and policies in society. The legislative power establishes ordinances and policies, executive power enforces the law, and judicial power defines the law and prosecutes the guilty.

On the other contrary, a state is a geographic body with a unique fiscal system, constitution, and sovereign, and independent from other states as distinguished by them. It is where the government gets to implement its power. States' rules also vary according to the will of the people. A government cannot exist without a state, and a state cannot be run without the government.

State and government are two different things. The state is the umbrella term, and one of the parts that consist of the state is the government. State refers to an organization or a group of people, while a government is a select group among the organization that creates laws and enforces them. People in the government are the ones who usually lead or create plans for the betterment of the organization. An example of states are countries, and their government is those elected by the people. A state is normally permanent and hard to change, while the government or people who govern them change regularly so that power is balanced and not abused.

A government is an organization that creates and executes law and order. It has the authority to not only make up the rules, but it also enforces them. There are many types of government, including communism, monarchy, dictatorship, and democracy. A government is a political organization of a country or state.

On the other hand, a state is a terrestrial body that has a unique financial system, constitution, and is sovereign and autonomous from other countries as recognized by them. It was a government that can exert its power.

Some examples of types of states include member state, a federated state, nation-state, or sovereign state. A government cannot survive without a state, and a state cannot be run without the government. Even though the government controls the state, governments change according to the will of the people.

The state is known to the organization that is available. There are different states that are available from place to place. The government is made up of a group of people who will govern the state. They will make sure that the organization will be done properly.

There are some people in the government who will do everything in their power to make sure that the state will be disciplined. People will follow rules that will make sure that they can live with each other properly. Those who go against the rules would need to undergo rehabilitation or will be required to do community work.

There are many differences between the state and government. The state is split up between several elements and the government is one of those elements. The government acts on behalf of the state. For example, each state has Senators. These senators are apart of the government, which makes decisions for their state. Another difference between them is how they are or are not seen. The state is an idea. It can not be seen, as it is a community of people. However, the government can be seen. It is made up of people such as the President, House, and Senate.
