Truvia and Stevia are two very popular sugar substitutes. Truvia is processed in type and is mixed with some extract of Stevia. One of the advantages of erythritol is that it is calorie-free and does not negatively impact blood sugar. Truvia is also not detrimental to the health of your teeth.

Stevia, on the other hand, is a plant, unlike Truvia. The leaves of this plant are used as sweeteners. Stevia is said to taste the best out of all of the fake sweeteners because it is light and sweet, but it also has a subtle hint of licorice. Stevia has a medicinal benefit because consuming it can help with blood sugar levels. The intake of Stevia increases glucose tolerance.

It can also reduce fat storage and bad cholesterol. Truvia can help to decrease inflammation caused by insulin spiking. Truvia can diminish a person’s diabetes risk, especially if it is always used in place of sugar. Truvia is not pure Stevia, but it is said to have a more tolerable taste than brands like sweet n’ low and equal.

Stevia and Truvia are both sweeteners. Truvia is a branded sweetener; it is made up of stevia and natural sugar alcohol. The natural alcohol, which acts as erythritol, has a lot of benefits like it does not contain a lot of calories, which helps those on diets.

It does not have side effects on those on those with blood pressure; it is tooth-friendly because it does not lead to tooth decay. It is always in the form of crystal

Stevia is a plant, which is from South America; it is the main ingredient for sweeteners. The taste is sweet. It has so many side effects, which makes it not diabetic friendly because it raises blood glucose. Stevia is 3000 times sweeter than sugar. It comes in powder, crystal, and liquid form.
