One main difference between the two is how you can purchase these medications. You can buy Flonase over the counter. Nasonex, on the other hand, can only be purchased when you have a proper prescription. When it comes to the side effects that you will experience, there is almost no difference.

If in case you are not familiar with what these medications are for, these are normally used in order to treat allergies. For example, there are some people who may suffer from hay allergy.

They would need any of these two medications so that they can start breathing better. These can also be effective for allergic rhinitis and other types of allergies.
