Some people can become confused with the differences between spirituality and religion because they feel that this is the same thing. When you say spirituality, this is known to be a type of experience that you may have with something that is divine.

Being spiritual can also mean that you are in touch with your inner self. When you say religion, this is known to be something that will allow people to go together. This will allow people to become bonded because they have a common faith.

For example, Roman Catholics believe that there is only one God. Those who attend mass will have more or less the same belief. There are some people who are spiritual but they know that they are not religious.
