A lot of people love different types of desserts—some particularly like cold desserts like ice cream. You may also be curious to learn more about sherbet and sorbet. Sorbet is known to be made out of two different ingredients, namely fruit, and sugar.

What makes sherbet different is it is made out of three ingredients, namely fruit, sugar, and cream. A sherbet should contain about one to two percent of milkfat so that it can be classified as such.

There are some people who would obviously prefer the sorbet, especially if they know that they are lactose intolerant, and they will not have the ability to process the dairy. Those who would love something creamier can obviously choose the sherbet easily.
