What is the difference between Adware and Spyware?

Adware, otherwise known as advertising, supported software is just that. When the user is online, they will be presented with a static display box, a banner, or a video pop-up ad, which will create revenue for the advertiser. Spyware is a whole different animal, in that when the user is online, the spyware will collect information regarding the user, and it will hack your computer without your permission.

Spyware, on the other hand, is also a software application used mostly to track the buying habits of customers. This software application helps business owners to have adequate information about the average number of purchases made by their existing customers on their websites over a period of time.
