As popularly known, milk is a liquid substance that is usually obtained from mammals and taken by infants or young mammals first after birth before they take any other food. However, cheese wants to take almost the same similarities with milk as cheese is considered to be a product obtained from milk. On a general note, cheese is usually produced through the coagulation of a milk protein -cacasein.

Cheese can be referred to as concentrated milk. Talking about their etymology, milk is obtained from the old English "Mmeolc"; while on the contrary, cheese is derived from the Latin word "caseus". These two wonderful products are known to have been in use for centuries now, and they are consumed in almost every part of the world.

Both milk and cheese contain similar sources of nutrients, such as proteins, vitamins, and fats. These sources of nutrients can only be indifferent constituents depending on where, or the way they are obtained or processed.
