When you say hard money, this is the type of money that has been used to contribute to a person who has tried to run for a certain position. The money that will be given to the various committees and also parties are called soft money. A lot of people know who have aspired to become politicians are very much aware that there is a lot of money involved if people would like to get into politics.

They would have to make sure that their names will be easy to recognize by the people who will vote. The more that people do not know their names, the lesser chance that they would be voted.
