If in case you are not too familiar with these, these are known to be terms that are used to describe some of the applications that people use whenever they have to do something on their computers or gadgets. When you say Flex, this is something that can be used by the programmer to ensure that the programs are properly arranged.

Flash is something that can be used by different artists and other web designers. Flash is normally used in order to create different animations. Usually, those who use this would need to follow a certain timeline. Flex can also be used by programmers when they want to create different internet applications.
