There may be different video converters that are available, but two of the popular ones are Freemake and Handbrake. A lot of people would recommend handbrake more simply because this is faster. You can use these two tools so that you can change the format of the video that you have to an entirely different format that will be more ideal for your needs.

One thing that you will notice about Freemake though, is that it has a lot of formats that are available. If you would like to have different formats, this is definitely the better option for you.

Two examples of video converters are handbrake and Freemake. The critical difference between handbrake and Freemake is the platforms in which they work. Freemake is only obtainable in Windows platforms. On the other hand, the handbrake is multi-platform accessible and is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

The only advantage that handbrake possesses. Freemake is the more sophisticated choice, as it has a plethora of formats to which they can output. Handbrake can only execute output videos in MP4 and Matroska, and audio in MP3 format.

Freemake is more flexible because it has the capability to output to all the formats. The features that are presented in Freemake include the ability to join video files together, convert photos in a video, add in special effects, split the video chapters for successful jumping and even upload directly to YouTube.
