House and Trance are two types of electronic dance music, and both share a lot of things together, especially when you consider the fact that both share the same basic beat structure. However, there are some differences between the two. The origin of House music can be dated back to the early 1980s. This genre of music is unique in that it has elements of other genres of music in it.

For example, some basic parts or styles of soul, disco, and funk music can be noticed in House music. House music started with slow tempo; however, house music is now played with a fast tempo. As I said, trance music has the same basic beat as house music, but it usually has synthetic sound, unlike house music that feels more like a live sound.

Another difference between the two is that trance music has faster tempos compared to house music. The baseline effect in house music is another difference between the two.
