Tapioca and rice pudding are two great sources of carbohydrates, but there are some differences between the two. Tapioca is a starchy food made from cassava, and it is used for different kinds of things. Tapioca pudding is one of the things that can be made from tapioca.

Tapioca and rice pudding are two great sources of carbohydrates, but there are some differences
Tapioca pudding is made by cooking tapioca with milk, and it can also be made by adding ingredients like cream, eggs, flavorings, raisins, etc. Unlike tapioca that is made from cassava, rice is not an extract of any plant; it is cereal and can be cooked in different ways. Rice pudding is a milk pudding made from rice. Like tapioca pudding, rice pudding is also made by cooking rice with milk, vanilla, sugar, flavorings. Unlike tapioca pudding that is cooked with eggs, eggs are not needed when cooking rice pudding. Another difference is that tapioca pudding is not as smooth as rice pudding.
