Zelle is a very easy and great method of sending money to anyone, such as family, friends, or some other people you know or trust, which can include your trainer, worker, or employees, babysitter, neighbors. If the recipient of the money is not a known person or a trusted person, or in case you are not sure you would get what you want to make the payment for, for instance, an item bought online or sales site, it is recommended that you do not use Zelle for such payment because of the potential risk the transaction has.
This is because Zelle does not offer a payment protection program for any payment that has been authorized through Zelle. For instance, if a payment is made for an item or good or commodity or product and you did not receive the item at all, or it did not come as expected or described. Zelle would not be responsible.
