The correct answer to this question is Yes. Compared to other countries in Africa, Ethiopia is one of the safest. Like any country, Ethiopia does have its issues, but the security concerns there are not as bad as they are in other countries. Despite any reports, anyone traveling to Ethiopia should not worry because citizens of the country are very kind to their visitors.

This is unlike many other countries were visitors are treated with disrespect and sometimes hurt or robbed during their stay. Anyone that wants to visit Ethiopia should become familiar with their customs and laws so that they can have a safe and joyful trip

Ethiopia is one of the safest countries in Africa, especially when you take it side to side with other countries on the continent. While Ethiopia also has its own security concerns, they are not as big as those that are reported in other African countries. There are cases of violence in its borders, and the fact that Ethiopia is a tribal country means there could be an outbreak of violence at any time.

If you are visiting the country as a tourist, you shouldn't fear because Ethiopians are kind to foreigners. And that is why it is rare to see foreigners getting hurt during any civil unrest in the country, except if a foreigner is meddling with their affairs. However, the fact that you are a foreigner is the more reason why you need to caution yourself about some lifestyles when you visit the country.

If you would be visiting any city in Ethiopia, you must be careful about your things because pick-pocketing is one of the crimes you are more likely to face. Invariably, you should learn about things that will ensure your safety.
