Milk and Lactaid milk are dairy products that have some similarities, but they are also entirely different beverages. One of the most significant differences between milk and Lactaid milk is that Lactaid does not have lactose. Therefore, Lactaid milk is preferred by people who have problems with the digestion of lactose. Lactaid milk contains only Lactaid enzymes, which break down the lactose into simple sugars, galactose, and glucose.
