While Palm Tungsten E and E2 might look similar in certain areas, there are some differences between the two. Palm Tungsten E2 is the newer version of the two, and it comes with so many features that have enhanced its capabilities. Palm Tungsten E2 boasts of an Intel Xscale processor, which makes it run pretty faster than those that use the Texas Instruments OMA processor.

This additional improvement is the reason why you will always have your programs and applications load very faster. Although both Palm Tungsten E and E2 use the same memory, which is about 32MB, E2 uses non-volatile memory, and that is why it can still retain data even if the system goes off.

Although, both don't have Wi-Fi built-in, but you can still buy a Wi-Fi SDIO card which will help E2 connects to Wi-Fi. Aside from this, E2 is equipped with Bluetooth, whereas Palm Tungsten E does not possess this.
