Communism refers to any political ideology or philosophy that is based on the need to achieve a socio-economic system that will be void of state, class. It is a political ideology that strives to create a society that will be characterized by social equality and equal rights for all people.

On the other hand, Fascism is a system or an ideology that strives to operate a nationalist ideology that is characterized by totalitarian leadership or government, repression of criticism, and strong regimentation of the society and the economy. Fascism started around 1919 to 1945; it is usually regarded as a bad political ideology or system.

Communism started in Russia in 1917 following the Bolshevik Revolution that hit the country. The document that contains all the manifestoes of communism is known as the bible of communism, while that of fascism is known as the doctrine of fascism. Communism's ideas are better than that of fascism.
