MOA is known to have all of the details that are related to the power of the company. You can expect that the information that you need to know will be available here. AOA is going to be different. AOA will contain some of the details regarding the rules and regulations of the company that should be followed. For those who do not know, AOA stands for Articles of Association.
This will serve as the legal document that the company needs to prove that it has the right rules. Usually, the AOA will contain documents that can be given to organizations and will serve as the official documents of the company and the stockholders of the company.
