A lot of people are confused whenever aquaculture and fisheries are being discussed. Fisheries are used for fish and shellfish, while aquaculture will be able to hold more types of fish that may not be available in fisheries. Another thing that you should know is that it will not be possible to acquire pearls through the use of fisheries, but you can definitely get pearls when you get them from aquaculture.
They do have a similarity. These are being done to ensure that the population of certain fish and shellfish can be controlled. There are instances when the population of certain species would need to exist, and this can help.
