The 2007 version of Microsoft Visio Standard is available in two packages: the standard and the professional versions. The major difference between the two versions is the existence of the Data Link, Data Graphics, and Data Refresh, which are featured in the professional version but not in the standard. Microsoft Visio is a diagramming application that was created for Microsoft’s own Windows platform. It permits the creation of diagrams, flowcharts, and general visualization of any work process, and Professional is the Pivot Diagram template. It operates with the new feature of Visio 2007 Professional to make data assimilation a lot easier. Overall, the professional version has more content.
