For those who do not know, sucrose is the scientific name for the type of sugar that we all know, which is table sugar. People know that this type of sugar is bad for the body, but they cannot resist it, and they still take it anyway. Glucose, on the other hand, is known as a simple sugar.
This is the type of sugar that the body would like to get, but most of the time, our sugar comes in fructose form. Glucose can sometimes be added to dextrose if needed. It can also be added to different food products and beverages. Take note that when it comes to the level of sweetness, sucrose is known to be sweeter, while glucose is not very sweet.
