The first thing that you have to do in order to get out of depression is to make sure that you will become aware that you have it. You need to accept it, acknowledge it, and let people who will understand know more about it. The more people who will support you, the more that you will feel that you can get through this stage of your life easily.
You need to start reaching out to people and make sure that you will stay more connected. You should also start getting some support from the people around you. Whenever you feel anxious or afraid, you can let it out. Try to make your negative thoughts more positive. You will be surprised by the outcome that you will get.
I do not think that a person can actually get out of depression fast. People can be depressed for a long time, and they will not say anything about it. They will not even share their emotions with people that they know. When you are depressed, you will feel that your natural structure of life has already crumbled.
What you can do is to push yourself to create a schedule wherein you can start functioning again. It will be hard for you to adjust, but you will be able to do it well if you would just try. You may try to surround yourself with people who would like to help you.
