The Acura MDX and the Infiniti FX35 are two different car models and manufacturers. The Acura MDX can seat more people than the Infiniti, and the Infiniti has a smaller engine than the Acura. The Acura MDX has a 3.7 L V6 engine, while the Infiniti FX35 is equipped with a 3.5 L V6. The Infiniti boasts horsepower that goes a step beyond the Acura, where the Acura MDX has the horsepower of 303 at 6800 rpm; Infiniti has a 303 horsepower at 6300 rpm.

The Acura holds more head and legroom in the back than the Infiniti, while the Infiniti occupies more room in the front cabin. The Acura has a wheelbase of 108.3, and the Infiniti has a wheelbase of 11.3. Also, the MDX is larger than the FX35.
