Hypnosis occurs because of suggestions. It works by putting someone under and in a condition of submissiveness. During this state, you are given instructions, as you will be asked questions about yourself, and you will be compelled to cooperate because you are under hypnosis. This situation is supposed to help with the freedom to discuss hidden truths when it may cause anxiety in normal circumstances.

However, sometimes hypnosis is used for malicious purposes. It can act like mind control and the person who is hypnotized person may not know what they are doing or saying in a given moment. This skill can be dangerous when it is put into the wrong hands. NLP stands for Neuro-Language Programming. It focuses on how you identify certain languages or codes in helping you through a struggle.

Unlike hypnosis, you do not have to be in a hypnotic state. NLP helps establish a relationship between you and your therapist, so there can be a more open dialogue about your feelings. It will improve your behavior by identifying words that inspire productivity and promote a better sense of well -being. NLP does not depend upon the power of suggestion, as it simply reinforces.

Hypnosis and NLP are two different mediums or processes of psychological therapy that are applied in other to create a relationship between the human's subconscious mind and his physical well-being. Hypnosis is a process that enables you to come to a state of calmness, and also makes you have a clear mind. While undergoing this form of psychological therapy, you will have a clear mind that is devoid of worries, and you'll be given a simple task to do, such as a simple instruction to react to. This process helps you to improve your mood and enhance your state of mind. On the other hand, NLP, which stands for Neuro-language programming, places focus on the way you identify specific codes or languages as your keys to your roadblocks. You typically need to have in-depth communication with an NLP therapist. This, in the long run, enhances your behavior, as the right words are spoken to motivate you.

NLP and hypnotherapy are two methods that people use when they know that they would need to get some help for what they are going through. When people undergo hypnotherapy, the client will become passive and will sometimes provide some facts and details that will otherwise remain uncovered for a certain period of time.

When people undergo NLP however, the client will be required to do certain exercises that will allow them to reprogram their brains. This way, they are trying their best to train the conscious mind effectively. Hypnosis will rely heavily on the suggestions that are given by the therapist but for NLP, the thought patterns that caused the problem to occur will be eliminated.

Most times, people think NLP (Neuro Language Programming) is the same as Hypnosis, but in the real sense, there are some differences between them. Hypnosis is an artificial way of inducing a trance-like state in people without their conscious mind in action so that all your worries and anxieties can easily be cleared through a unique set of techniques that will be used by a therapist.

This process helps to improve one's mood and state of mind because all the dark areas in one's mind would have been cleared. NLP (Neuro Language Programming), on the other hand, will not put you into any form of trance because both your conscious and unconscious mind will be part of the process, and NLP does not use the same set of techniques as hypnosis. What NLP practitioners usually do is to introduce some words that will motivate and help you improve your behavior.
