There are 4 ways you can use.

1. The first one is done by usingiTunes.

  • Step 1. Connect your device with the PC or Mac computer you've ever synced. Open iTunes and click on your iPad device icon.
  • Step 2. Go to the Summary > Backups > This Computer > Back Up Now to make a backup before restoring the device.
  • Step 3. When the backup process is done, go to the Summary > Restore iPad… to fix the issue. Afterward, you can set up the device as new and restore your data from iTunes backup.

2. You can use Recovery Mode.

  • Step 1. Connect disabled iPad to computer
  • Step 2. Select repair mode and download firmware

You can reset your iPhone after when you have forgotten your password. The following steps can help access your device when you forget password: First, you have to log into your iCloud account that you use to set up find my iPhone, then click on find iPhone from the selection of tools available in iCloud. Next you tap on erase data button, you will need to accept this warning to know what you are doing. Lastly, setup your iPhone as if it a new one after this you can completely restore your data and setting from your iCloud backup.

To reset your iPhone, go to iforgotapple.com. Type https://iforgot apple.com in a mobile browser or on a desktop. Enter the characters from the security image, which is just under the Apple ID field. If you don't know your Apple ID, select Forgot Apple ID, and press on Forgot Apple ID? Type in your first and last name and your e-mail address. Then, the phone number, which is correlated with your Apple ID, needs to be recorded and verified.

Decide on a new password and enter it. Choose "reset from another device" if you have access to a machine that is logged in with your Apple ID such as a computer, Mac, or another iOS device.
