The benefits of low volume high-intensity training include: it can help to adjust your metabolic rhythm long term.

It can decrease the severity of type 2 diabetes. It can improve heart function, aerobic fitness, and overall fitness in people. It can also help reduce blood glucose levels. Intensity training takes up less time, which is one of the most common excuses people make about not exercising. Generally, overall fat burning does not depend on the length of time as much as the rate of intensity.
