Like with any streaming app, there are times when one may run into issues with the app. The Amazon Prime video app is no different. This app is used to stream movies, and there are times when a user can have problems with it. The video that the person is streaming could skip, or the video could not start at all.

One act of troubleshooting that a person can do is to check their Internet connection to ensure it is at the fastest speed. A speed check test can normally be done through the provider's website or app. If the internet is not the issue, a person can also check their web browser. They could try using another browser or device to see if that will help the issue.

While watching movies on Amazon Prime Video, it is typical to face problems. For example, the video could skip, or it isn't able to play. If you want to play Amazon Prime Video on your computer web browser successfully, you need to be sure that your internet connection meets the minimum system requirements. Check your web browser. There may be something awry with the service you are employing to stream Amazon Prime videos.

To watch Prime Video on your computer, use a browser that supports HTML’s web player. Fix Silverlight issues, as Silverlight could cause Amazon Prime streaming problems. If your ambition is to resolve Prime Video playback problems, you can correct it by clearing Silverlight application storage. You could also reset DRM licenses.
