Pinterest is a social media network where users can search and share their interests. You can share your images, videos, infographics, and other stuff. Pinterest is described as “pinning your interest.” You can also view things that others have pinned. You can find images ranging from recipes, inspiring quotes, lifestyle, fashion, styles, and so on. Pinterest is one of the largest visual social media networks. If you chare something on Pinterest, it is known as a "pin."If you share another person’s pin, it is regarded as “repin,” and a group of pins on the same topic is described as a “board.” You can also share your pins across other social platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

Pinterest is known to be a type of app wherein you can also search for all of the things that you want. Let us say that you would like to find some recipes. Place your keyword on the search bar, and you will have different recipes for the food that you want to cook.

There are always new ideas that are available for you so that you can potentially become inspired to try out what you see. Pinterest is not only for recipes, though. You can type in almost everything, and you will be given various ideas that you may want to do soon. Most will be images, but some are content, videos, and GIFs.
