Being pre-diabetic means that you have to watch what you eat. This can be hard in the beginning, but this is also necessary if you want to improve your overall lifestyle. The first thing that you have to do is to boost your fruit and vegetable intake. Some people can go without eating fruits and vegetables in a week. This is something that you have to do now to supply your body with the nutrients that it needs.

Choose food products that are low in fat. You may also choose more grains as compared to fat in order to get fuller faster. Probably one of the best things to remember is to limit the sweets that you consume throughout the day. This will make a lot of difference with your weight and health.
