The prediabetic stage is a stage where the levels of blood sugar are not normal. Despite not being normal, they are also not high enough to diagnose the person with Type II Diabetes. Many people have this condition, but do not know it because it can only be detected through a checkout. A person can live all their life with this condition and not even know it.

There are lifestyle conditions that a person can have to know that they may have it. One way is to notice that they are not as active as they used to be. Another way is to notice that eating habits have changed to become more unhealthy, such as eating out all the time.

The pre-diabetic stage is the stage wherein your blood sugar levels are not normal, but they are not too high to be considered as Type II Diabetes. There are a lot of people who actually have this, but this can only be detected through a thorough checkout.

Some people may live with this without knowing that they are already experiencing it. There are some signs that you can watch out for so that you will know if you are prediabetic or not. One of the first things is if you start noticing that you are not as active as you would like to be. Usually, a complete lifestyle change will be enough to improve your overall condition.
