Uber Eats is almost the same as GrubHub in terms of the different things that they offer. They would like to make sure that they will deliver restaurant food items to people who may be craving certain food products. One main difference is the type of drivers that they may have. Uber Eats will require their drivers to have one year of experience so that they can work as drivers of the company.

GrubHub will require their drivers to have two years of experience before they can start working for the company. There may also be some slight differences in the type of restaurants that have partnered with these two companies. You may find some restaurants in GrubHub that you will not find in Uber Eats and vice versa.

Uber Eats and GrubHub have many similarities. Both businesses partner with restaurants and couriers to deliver food directly to consumers. Uber Eats is part of Uber Technologies Inc. popularly known as Uber. It was launched in 2014. Uber Eats is one of the big players in the food delivery market. It is available in many cities in the United States and other continents. For Uber Eats, drivers get fixed fee around $2.50 for pick up; another $2.5 for drop off and a per-mile rate for distance traveled from restaurant to customer. Uber Eats also allows 100% of tips to the drivers. Grubhub is the largest food delivery service in the United States. It was launched in 2004. It was founded by Matt Maloney and Mike Evans. GrubHub is available in over 2,200 cities across the country. GrubHub pays a base rate of $3 to $4, $0.05 per mile covered from restaurant to customer, and drivers get to keep 100% of their tips.
