The correct answer to this question is No.

The subconscious mind does not sleep. It is the conscious mind that goes to sleep, while the subconscious mind stays awake. This is the reason why times feel about flying by when one is sleep.

When some people wake before their alarm, they are shocked to see that their alarm was about to go off, but they still wish they had more time to sleep because the sleep itself went by so fast. Being that the subconscious mind is always awake, many feel they have control over what happens because if you say something, it will happen.

No, the subconscious mind dies not to sleep. In fact, it is very much awake when you sleep. The subconscious mind is part of the mind. The subconscious mind is a powerful system that helps runs everything in your do. It influences your behavior making sure you respond to the way you were programmed. It will amaze you to know that the subconscious mind works best when we are not alert; for example, when we are asleep. The subconscious mind is active 24 hours. The subconscious mind consolidates memories, create memories; it also subconscious becomes wild and erratic when you are asleep.

Your subconscious mind will stay awake while your conscious mind sleeps. This is one of the reasons why you may dream while you are sleeping. It is your subconscious mind trying to tell you a few things. Some people say that they often know what is going to happen next because of some of the things that they have dreamed of.

There are also instances when people will know something in their subconscious, and consciously, they will try to make sure that the things that they want to happen will actually occur in reality. There are different accounts of this with people stating their own experiences with getting in touch with their subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind works most efficiently while the conscious mind is in a state of suspension or inactive, or while you sleep. For example, while sleeping, the subconscious mind works successfully when we are engaged in a state of relaxation.

The subconscious mind is an active and intelligent part of the brain. Studies and real-life experiences point to the notion that if you use your subconscious mind effectively, you have control over obtaining healthy self- motivation and self- esteem. You may also, as well, have a positive influence on your will power and emotional intelligence. One example of enacting your subconscious mind is by listening to inspirational audios before sleeping.

Whenever people go to sleep, it is their conscious mind that usually feels more awake while their subconscious mind will stay awake. Since you are not conscious, time will have the uncanny ability to speed by. For example, when you wake up before your alarm clock in the morning, you always wish that it is still early, but you are usually shocked to see that it is just a few minutes before your alarm starts.

People always say that you can always control your subconscious mind to think of the things that you want to happen. When you try to become more positive in your life, you will also attract more positive things. The things that you may want to happen or the things that you are scared of will all be present in your subconscious mind.
