There are different problems that are associated with overpopulation such as the increased demand for basic needs like food and water. These things may not readily be available in an overpopulated place. Since there will not be enough resources, a lot of people will suffer from malnutrition.

A lot of the food items that are readily available cannot be considered healthy which means that people will not get the nutrients they need in order to stay strong. There are also more natural resources that are being depleted at a faster rate as compared to before. One example of this is the use of fossil fuels so that people will have enough fuel.
