You can go on Youtube and watch deleted and uncensored clips from Big Boss. There are whole scenes that were cut from the show and were later found on Youtube. For example, in 2006, the scene where Cheng Chao-On stabs Big Boss with his fingers is much more graphic.

The camera is focused on the bottom of the boss's torso showing blood running down from underneath his shirt and pants. The camera then shoots up to reveal the knife. Chen's fingers pierce the ribcage of the boss. This scene was cut from the American version because it was so over the top. When scenes are cut or censored, generally, it is because they are offensive.
