It will also be ideal if the training that you will provide to the employees will be done at the exact same time. This can make the level of training that they will get the same. Of course, some employees will learn better than the others, but this will allow you to do your best in doing the training. You can track down the things that they are doing, improve what they are doing, then let them know that learning continuously is okay.
