The correct answer to this question is Thursday, October 31st. Though the day may vary year to year, Halloween will always be on October 31st. The day it falls on this year is the fifth Thursday in October. This is very rare for it to occur on this date.

Halloween is a popular holiday that is celebrated every October. People use this day to dress up in costumes that can range from their favorite food to their favorite celebrity.

Halloween is also a time when the season changes to fall. People use this opportunity to carve pumpkins and go apple picking. Homes are also decorated in the festive theme, and every Halloween night, kids go trick or treating.

It has been known and observed from time past that Halloween is always celebrated every last day in the month of October, and the year 2019 is not an exemption. Thus, the Halloween day for the year 2019 would be celebrated on 31st October 2019. Halloween is traditionally referred to as "All Hallow's Eve." The Christians usually celebrate the holy day of 'All Hallow's Eve' or 'All Saints Day' on the 1st November, while the real 'All Hallow Day' is targeted to be celebrated an evening before this Christian's 'All Saint's Day.'

For this year 2019, the day of the celebration falls on a Thursday. The UK's Brexit Day is also going to be celebrated alongside the Halloween Day this year. The Brexit Day marks the day that the United Kingdom leaves the European Union. You can celebrate your Halloween Day by getting a nice dress to rock the day in a new style. In addition, do not forget to gather your pumpkins to make some nice carvings.

Halloween does not change every year. It will always happen on October 31, no matter what the year currently is. For this year, Halloween will appear on a Thursday. The celebration of Halloween actually started during the ancient times. It was celebrated during the Celtic Festival of Samhein. People would usually create bonfires, and they would wear different costumes for the purpose of trying to scare away ghosts who may be within the area.

Over the years, it may have evolved a bit because trick or treating is already involved, but it is still celebrated year after year. This day is supposed to be the day wherein the bridge in between the living and the dead can be accessed, and the gates are open.
