The answer is yes. A lot of people don't know that lack of sleep can make them eat more. A lot of people who are suffering from sleep deprivation may only notice this habit, but they might not actually understand why they have suddenly become too much obsessed with eating. Studies have shown that lack of sleep can cause hormonal changes, and as a result, you seem to be feeling hunger even when you are not really hungry.

The answer is yes. A lot of people don't know that lack of sleep can make them eat more. A lot
When you have difficulty to fall asleep in the night, and you stay awake, the feeling to eat will come. Lack of sleep will cause you to eat more, and when you eat more, you become tired. Also, researches have shown that sleep-deprived people will always want to be eating foods that are high in calories. This might be very dangerous to your health because eating high-calorie foods can lead to obesity.
