The foods with the least gluten content are discussed as follow. The first ones to be mentioned are the non-gluten grains, which include buckwheat, millet, sorghum, amaranth, quinoa, teff, white rice, wild rice, and brown rice. The next set of foods are legumes, such as peas, beans, and lentils. The parsnips and carrots are also included. The whole sweet fruits such as mangoes, berries, pineapple, prunes, apricots, papayas, and others also lie in the list.
