Sports are good for mental health because it helps in enhancing the body system, including the mind. When one is involved in sports activities, it enhances the pump or flow of blood in and out of the heart. The good performance of the heart helps in a good performance of the mind. Sports involve fast and critical thinking, accompanied by appropriate and spontaneous action. When one gets involved in sports regularly, it improves one's mental faculty; this is a good state of mind. Sports help the mind also to concentrate.
