Well buying a car is too expensive if you buy a car it means it's yours forever you can use it anytime, but hiring is only temporary. So if you have a lot of money, you can buy so that you won't be able to rent anymore if you have to travel or you want to move to a place. But if you don't have that is the time you will hire a moving service experts.
